Upgrade to Cpanel/WHM 11

How do I upgrade my VPS server from v10 to v11? I tried the update in WHM and it didn't do it.

Also, how do I disable IMAP on my server, I was told it was WHM but I can't find it. I don't want it to automatically restart either if rebooted
